Thirty-seven heavy hitters showed up at Dunlop Billiards to vie for the title.Friends Mike Roberts and Hjorliefson matched up to fight for the hot seat, and “Big Red” prevailed with a 10-5 score. After defeating Marco Hardy 8-5 and depositing him in fourth place, George Cornelius went on to face Roberts in the semifinal match. Roberts earned a trip back to see his friend when he defeated Cornelius 10-8, but he came up short against Hjorliefson, who won their match 10-6.
