The Games Change as the Weekend Comes at Shootersby Rick DavisNow in day two of the four days of events, the action at Shooters in Olathe, KS, is starting to change pace as the one-pocket event reaches the climax while the 9-ball events begin to get rolling.Only three players remain in the one-pocket event that began Thursday, and Brian Jones is waiting in the hot seat. Fighting it out on the one-loss side is Danny Harriman and Jesse Bowman to see who will see the final match. With Friday’s play already going late, the final match is expected to be played Saturday.
Meanwhile, the 9-ball events have just begun and will run through Sunday. There were 105 entries in the open division, while 16 entered the ladies’ division.
