2003 BCA Trade Show at Record Pace(Colorado Springs, CO) The Billiard Congress of America (BCA) is expecting a record turnout of exhibitors and attendees at the 2003 BCA International Trade Expo next month. The Expo will be held July 9-12, 2003 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. "Our numbers were soft in 2002," reports BCA Executive Director Stephen Ducoff. "But this year we've already exceeded the number of exhibitors and booths sold compared to both 2001 and 2002. Attendee registration is also ahead of pace." According to the records of Expo producer, W.T. Glasgow, Inc., the numbers in all categories are strong:Exhibiting Companies                    284  (up 37 over 2002)Booths Sold                                 1,245  (up 129 over 2002)New Exhibitors                                    63  (up 15 over 2002)Pre-Registered Attendees          1,800 (up 331 over 2002)
A focal point of the 2003 Expo will be to communicate the new dates and new name of the annual event. The name for 2004 is the International Billiard & Home Recreation Expo to incorporate the diverse range of products o­n display and buyers in attendance. The Expo will take place March 31 - April 3, 2004 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Special events will be o­n March 31, with the Expo floor open April 1-3.
