28th Annual U.S. Open Begins By InsidePOOL StaffThe 28th Annual U.S. Open began Round 1 this morning at 11 a.m.  Keith "Earthquake" McCready dealt an 11-0 smackdown to his first opponent and will meet Buddy "The Rifleman" Hall tomorrow.  Eric Durbin of Middleton, OH, arrived too late to make his first match against Jonathan Pinegar and forfeited but will be ready to rumble o­n Tuesday.  And Mike Davis, feared Falcon Tour foe from New England, defeated Canadian player Sam Siolas 11-8 in their match this afternoon.The results from the first matches are as follows:Jonathan Pinegar d.
