BayState Invitational Pro Billiard Tour Change of Venue Gary Sanossian, Tour Director of The BayState Invitational Tour has announced a location change for the upcoming tournaments, with the opening of the tour this Sunday, July 16.  This move is due to managerial health problems at the former venue.Formerly scheduled to be played at Maxamillian's Billiards, in Tyngsboro, MA, these events will be held at Country Club USA in Chelmsford MA. Country Club USA is a professional quality room that has catered to events like the Camel Pro Tour, Joss Tour, Pechauer Tour, IPT, and now is hosting the new BayState Invitational Pro Pocket Billiard Tour. Although the tour will start off playing 9-ball, players will also be competing in straight pool, and pro 8-ball in future events. As the name implies, this is an invitational tour, as hopeful players must go to the web site to fill out the application to receive a tour card.  The official web site for the BayState Invitational is:  www.baystateinvitational.com.
Once approved, players will receive a tour card for the reminder of the year. Monthly events are planned through 2007. The entry fee for each event is $100, with a one time tour card fee of $50.  All dues and fees must be paid in advance, as there will be no fees collected at the door. The BayState Invitational Tour will conform to a strict dress code, along with a code of ethics.  All are welcome to join, fill out an application on the site, and get ready to play in one of the "Best Pool Parties in the Northeast". Startup date is July 16, with a cutoff date of today, by the end of business. Players may call in to the corporate office and secure your spot with a credit card.  Hopeful players should check out the web site, www.baystateinvitational.com.  Most if not all of your questions will answered on that site.
