Big Apple 9-Ball Challenge AnnouncedBy InsidePOOL StaffThe third annual Big Apple 9-Ball Challenge will take place o­n September 29-October 2, 2005.  Tournament directors Jose Burgos and William Finagan of the New York City 9-Ball Tour have announced that the event will be held at Master Billiards in Long Island City, NY.The $15,000 added event will consist of 128 players and will commence play o­n Thursday September 29, at 10:30a.m.  The format of the tournament will be a 9-ball race to ten and a finals race to 13.  Everyone is welcome to play in this event, but all players are required to wear a collared shirt that is tucked into their pants.Prior to September 26, the entry fee for all players is $250 and after that date the fee will rise to $300.  For further details, please contact Jose Burgos at 267-257-8006.Visit InsidePOOL for the latest news in the sport of billiards and pool.
