Pechauer Southeast 9-Ball Tour at Bankshot Billiards in Jacksonville, FL. The event, held January 23, was the twenty-sixth stop of the season and drew some of the area's best players, including Neil Fujiwara and tour director and pro Tommy Kennedy.The dubbed "Jacksonville Open" was a classy event, with the host location providing food, beverages, and a pro shop run by Shane Sinnott. Kennedy and Croft were the two hottest players, both winning handily on the beautiful Olhausen tables.They met with undefeated records in the hot seat match, with Croft dominating Kennedy for the 9-5 win. Kennedy went on to face Mike Staubes in the semifinals and overpowered him with a 9-7 victory to force a rematch with Croft in the finals.The final match was much closer than the previous contest between these two sharp shooters. Kennedy and Croft traded games back and forth, as the match stayed tight until the end when Croft jumped ahead and took win 11-9.
