The match with Kennedy must have taken it out of Gutierrez, as "The Cannon" shot out to finish the match with a 9-5 final decision.Arriving in the one-loss side, Gutierrez gave Montal another run for his money in the match to determine third place. The end of the match could have gone either way, but Montal missed out on taking the score hill-hill, and Gutierrez was quick to capitalize and won 9-7, setting up another chance to take on Daulton in the finals.Each rack was vital in the final race to 11, with each player trying to make the most of their turns.
