Garcia Docks in Egg Harbor for the Blaze 9-Ball Tourby InsidePOOL StaffEgg Harbor, NJ - Jose Garcia burnt the 45-player field and took first place as the Blaze 9-Ball Tour stopped at Atlantic City Billiards Club of Egg Harbor, NJ. Competing over the $1,500 added, the experienced group of players put on quite a display in the February 19 stop. Fighting for the hot seat was Garcia and KC Wagman. In a match that went back and forth from the start, Garcia took the initiative to finish it and won 7-5. The quarterfinals saw Joseph Testa try to give Ryan McCreesh a run for his money. Testa had the momentum at hill-hill but eventually fell apart, leaving an opening for McCreesh to win 6-5. McCreesh was making his way out of the deficit. With his win over Wagman 6-3 in the semifinals, he was finally in the clear, and ready to face Garcia in the finals. The finals were a one-way match between Jose Garcia and Ryan McCreesh. Garcia ran away with the match from the very beginning winning easily with a score of 9-3.
