Inside POOL Magazine Affiliate Commission ScheduleAffiliate Commission Schedule, effective June 30, 2006 Commission Type PercentagePartner Referral (as defined below) 5%Product Sale (as defined below) 15%Partner Referral Commissions InsidePOOLMag.com will pay you a commission on sales made by each new member you recruit to become an InsidePOOLMag.com Partner. To qualify, the member you recruit must enter the InsidePOOLMag.com Web Site through your Special Link or enter your Store ID (if you are a Partner) when they become a new InsidePOOLMag.com member. For each member you recruit, you will earn five percent (5%) of the base price of every sale they make for a period of one year from the join date of that referred member, excluding self-buys. You cannot earn referral commissions for your own shops or other member accounts held by you. Product Sale CommissionsAs an Affiliate you will earn a fifthteen percent (15%) commission of the retail price minus any discounts for each sale of a Qualifying Product if the sale originated from a Special Link, in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.** Affiliates cannot earn Partner Referral Commissions and Product Sale Commissions for the same transaction.
