MOSCONI CUP FOX SCHEDULE SETUSA v Europe Showdown Gets Sunday Afternoon SlotMATCHROOM SPORT is pleased to announce that Fox Net will begin their broadcast of the 2005 Mosconi Cup this Sunday 29th January.  Shown over consecutive Sundays, Fox’s coverage will consist of 5 x one-hour programmes, with multiple repeats for each show.  The 2005 Mosconi Cup took place at the MGM Grand Las Vegas in December and featured two six-man teams representing the USA and Europe doing battle over four days in a series of singles and doubles matches.Commented Matchroom Sport Chairman Barry Hearn, “This is great news for American sports fans. I’m delighted that Fox are giving the Mosconi Cup a regular Sunday afternoon slot and I’m sure that we will generate a big audience for what is one of world pool’s blue riband events."
