What magnificent venue it was at the Golden Cue in Albany, New York. This is a real player's poolroom, and I am impressed with the enthusiasm for pool up in this part of the country. The owners made everybody feel special and went out of their way to make sure all the players were comfortable. The fans were treated to some first-class action, to include Karen Corr and Julie Kelly. What is nice is when everybody, players and spectators, have a good time. My hat goes off to the Golden Cue and Joss Tour.
