Midwest Expo and Open UpdatePress ReleaseThe Promoters of the Midwest Billiard Expo and Open, announce the Midwest Expo Pro/Am 9 Ball Tournament with $5,000.00 added o­n October 8 - 10, 2004 at the world renowned Pheasant Run Resort and Spa. Some of the finest Professional pool players including Earl Strickland will be attending. Check out more information at  http://www.pooltournaments.net/ , keep checking for the latest updates. This event will be in conjunction with a huge venue of amateur tournaments such as 9 & 8 Ball in Men's and Women's divisions, 9 Ball Senior Tournament, Bank Tournament, o­ne Pocket Tournament, Junior Tournament and many others over this tournament packed weekend.  Wednesday, October 6, 2004, kicks off the events with a Golf Outing at Pheasant Run's 18 hole championship golf course. The festivities begin with a shot gun start, scramble. If you would like to participate or play with a pro, please contact us. As soon as possible, we will have a list of pro billiard players that you can play with in your foursome.  Please Note: All proceeds from this outing, will go towards financing our Junior events in the future. The money raised will be spent o­n bringing in, professional instructors and supplying the children with literature and instructional items for their use.  It is our goal to bring you upscale, action packed tournaments, in which the entire family can participate.
