Mosconi Cup Teams AnnouncedArcher and Ortmann set to lead sides in Holland Following Team USA’s epic comeback win at last year’s Mosconi Cup in Las Vegas, promoters Matchroom Sport can announce the two teams set to do battle at the Hotel Zuiderduin, Egmond aan Zee, Holland from 16 – 19 December.Team USA has one change to the side that regained pool’s most prestigious trophy at the MGM Grand last December. Gabe Owen, the young Oklahoman, who stormed to the US Open title earlier in September, makes his debut in a team packed with quality and experience.

I think Gabe is going to be a big asset to our team.“We had a great win last year after being down going into the last day and that was about team spirit. I think we all are in good form and we’re really excited for the event in December.”For the Europeans there are three changes as Oliver Ortmann resumes the playing captain’s role after leading the team from the stands last year.
