These nominees were from nominations from UPA Headline Patron Members, UPA Media Headline Patron Members, UPA Player Representatives, UPA Board of Advisors, and the UPA Board of Directors. The top nominees are then selected and the final vote is made by the above parties. The UPA PLayer of the Year and UPA Rookie of the Year are based solely on points from 2003 UPA events. These awards will also be presented at the banquet.
