One-Pocket Winds Down to 20 Players

The Derby City saw the end of two more rounds in the one-pocket event, with the third announced for noon on Thursday afternoon. The event is scheduled to end on Friday evening. Some of the frontrunners include Alex Pagulayan, Larry Nevel, Jimmy Reid, Scott Frost, Jose Parica, and Marc Hosler, all of whom are undefeated as of yet. Danny Harriman, winner of the 9-ball banks event, was eliminated on Wednesday by Wade Crane, who beat him both in Rounds 6 and 7. With a third place finish in the Banks Division and and a top 20 finish guaranteed in the One Pocket Division, all eyes are now focused on Larry Nevel as Day 7 begins.
