Owen Double-Dips Neldner o­n the Midwest 9-Ball Tour By InsidePOOL StaffGabe Owen of Tulsa, OK, double-dipped Daniel Neldner in the finals of the Midwest 9-Ball Tour to take top honors.  Owen, who was the runner-up in the 2003 Music City Open at JOB Billiards in Nashville, TN, is o­ne of the strongest players o­n the tour and is sure to make a big impression if he turns professional.The Midwest 9-Ball Tour is run with the utmost efficiency by Evelyn Dysart.  Held November 1-2, 2003, at the Tulsa Billiard Palace, which is owned by Laura and Jim McDermott, this stop drew 69 excellent regional players.
