Hosted by Pool Paradise Billiards in Waterloo, ONT, the stop saw the rise of Mike Patrowicz to take the title.After DJ McGinley blasted by Elio D’andrea 10-7 to relegate his opponent to fifth place, he matched up with Rob Brandenburg, who had just overcome Paul Edgar 9-5. Brandenburg took this victory 9-6, advancing to the semifinals.
Patrowicz was sitting pretty in the hot seat after dispatching Sam Siolas to the one-loss side to face Brandenburg, who took advantage of a push-out to win double-hill.
