Between October 1st-7th representatives from the pool movie “Poolhall Junkies” flew into New York City to form a strategic alliance with Amsterdam Billiard Club and other key poolrooms and pool organizations for the February 2003 theatrical release of “Poolhall Junkies”.
The movie stars: Chazz Palminteri, Rick Schroder, Mars Callahan, Michael Rosenbaum, Alison Eastwood, Rod Steiger and Christopher Walken. Herb Wilmot, a specialty marketing consultant for Beyond the Box Productions in Hollywood, and Robert Le Blanc, pool technical advisor for the movie, canvassed the area spreading the word about the upcoming release and developing strategic relationships for “Poolhall Junkies”. The two will continue o­n across the U.S. developing strategic alliances in the premier cities of Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Seattle, Denver and Salt Lake City.
