Sponsors Named for Junior NationalsWinning bids accepted in table and cloth categoriesColorado Springs, Colorado: Following the recent close of bidding, the Billiard Congress of America [BCA] named official sponsors for the 2006 Junior & Collegiate 9-Ball Championships to be held in Tucson, Arizona, June 5-9. The official table sponsor will be Olhausen Billiard Mfg. Inc., and the cloth sponsorship will be held by Iwan Simonis, Inc. The long-running junior national tournament - now in its 18th year - was recently combined with the ACUI Collegiate 9-Ball Championships to generate a larger field and more visibility for cool junior pool. The partnership has been a success, and potential sponsors have realized the increased marketing value of the property. Sponsorships in added official product and service categories remain open and BCA Business Members will be contacted after the first of the year with details.
