The U.S. Open is ready to kick off on Monday, September 15, 2003, at 11 a.m. and will conclude on Sunday, September 21. This is the 28th annual event, which is being held at the Chesapeake Conference Center in Chesapeake, VA. Barry Behrman, the promoter for the event, is on hand and is overseeing his crew.
