U S Open 9-Ball Footage o­n HBO's The SopranosStrickland plays Petroni for Crime Boss Tony Soprano  "Badda Boom Badda Bing" - A 5 minute segment from the 2003 U S Open 9-Ball Championship, produced by Billiard Club network and featuring Earl Strickland and Fabio Petroni, will appear in HBO's hit series The Sopranos, scheduled to air in May of 2004.  Visit InsidePOOL for the latest from the sport of billiards and pool.
The footage is being used in a channel changing scene where Tony, the show's main character played by actor James Gandolfini, is trying to fix the remote for his TV and is testing it out while the U S Open match is o­n TV.  Episode # 512 will air 12 weeks after the initial air date of the series, which is in its fifth season.
